'assembly' exhibition opening

Lakshita Munjal; a blurck partner is having an exhibition at the St Giles Crypt in Camberwell, London from 21-27th March.

"Assembly" delves into the realms of cognition and materiality—the union of body and mind. Alice Zakharenko and Lakshita Munjal explore the concept of assembly through their examination of recurring motifs and the arrangement of found objects. The showcased collections offer not only insights into the artists' individual perspectives but also delve into the cognitive assembly of memory and time, alongside the material assembly of objects. Both artists are intrigued by the principle of repetition, uncovering both its beauty and its potential for distortion.

opening event - 21st March from 6-8pm, in collaboration with storytime london
